Does Jesus have the power to heal, and deliver today? I have found the answer to be yes. Bill Cooper
Bill Cooper was a former U.S. Naval Intelligence Briefing Team member who revealed information that remains hidden from the public to this day. Information has been kept in secret government files since the 1940's. His public followers sought him for the truth he wrote and spoke about in a wide range of subjects and topics. He was highly intelligent, with keen discernment of social injustice, however-from a godless viewpoint. Atheists and those who want to use words to cover sin, wickedness, and evil; use longwinded extravagant terms like - totalitarianism, social injustice, oppression, but the truth of what Orwell was vividly creating with words-is a world saturated in several generations of total godlessness; and the result - hell on earth. He described, without actually using the words- a society void of any sincere love, compassion, individuality, creativity-for it's own sake, freedom, and clear/un-muddied truth. A world where every word you speak, every move you make, every thought you dwell on is scrutinized, analyzed, under surveillance, and can be used against you. Total control, and dominance, for the sake of power; and breaking your will to be free. Ask any communist-or Marxist: they will tell you Orwell got it right-with chilling accuracy. He was an atheist with insight few possess, but in his analysis of the depravity of the world, he didn't take into account God's reasons for allowing the level of evil his senses were showing him, and didn't have a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. This makes all the difference, when sizing up how successful Satan has been for the last 2,000 years in destroying the world, and people-who he hates, because he hates God. That's why Jesus came-to destroy the works of the devil, and did on the cross. One day, Jesus is coming again, and will put an end to the evil and wickedness going on today. I've posted this here because it is as good as C.S. Lewis "Screwtape Letters"-to give a good picture of how the devil works, and his goals for this world, and people; which is total control, and destruction. This novel is describing what life in the world is like now-and it's close to hell on earth. For those of us who know Christ, and know the word of God: we can read this and use it as a means to confirm our place, as believer's in Christ-and know how to pray in these last days. We are at the end of days, and we know what the back of the Bible tells us-we win. The Savior is getting ready to return to this earth- and take back ownership of this world, which Satan has usurped for several thousand years. When Jesus returns-we need to be ready. Posting these kinds of materials-is to weaponize us for the battle in prayer and be able to stand strong, whatever happens, in faith, and ready to meet Christ when He returns. Everyone To Forget The Inquisition The Medieval Inquisition lasted from 1184 until 1280's. The
Spanish Inquisition was set up by King Ferdinand of Aragon and Queen Isabella of Castile in 1478, and went on until 1834. The Inquisition officially began with Pope Gregory IX (the Papal Inquisition). In 1231, he issued a bull, or decree, that set up a tribunal court system to try heretics and punish them. He chose the Dominican Order, known for being very well-educated and knowledgeable about complex theology, to conduct the Inquisition. Inquisitors actively sought out suspects. The inquisitors were accountable only to the pope and authorized to impose penalties on suspects and to obtain confessions, often by means of torture. The Spanish Inquisition spread to Spanish-controlled colonies in the New World, including Mexico. Inquisition was abolished in Spain in 1834 by Queen Isabel II. In order to get an accurate historical account of how long it really took place, and the millions who were tortured and killed, you would have to find encyclopedia's and historical documents before computer's-the one's from the 40's-70's, have the best research references. The forms of torture used to try to force people to either confess their error-or recant had many forms-and meant to induce the most torment-which sometimes last for days before the victim was burned alive, or succumbed to the wounds inflicted on them. 9/11-Dare to Question
The Narrative On the morning of September 11, 2001, 19 men armed with boxcutters directed by a man on dialysis in a cave fortress halfway around the world using a satellite phone and a laptop directed the most sophisticated penetration of the most heavily-defended airspace in the world, overpowering the passengers and the military combat-trained pilots on 4 commercial aircraft before flying those planes wildly off course for over an hour without being molested by a single fighter interceptor.
These 19 hijackers, devout religious fundamentalists who liked to drink alcohol, snort cocaine, and live with pink-haired strippers, managed to knock down 3 buildings with 2 planes in New York, while in Washington a pilot who couldn’t handle a single engine Cessna was able to fly a 757 in an 8,000 foot descending 270 degree corkscrew turn to come exactly level with the ground, hitting the Pentagon in the budget analyst office where DoD staffers were working on the mystery of the 2.3 trillion dollars that Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld had announced “missing” from the Pentagon’s coffers in a press conference the day before, on September 10, 2001. Luckily, the news anchors knew who did it within minutes, the pundits knew within hours, the Administration knew within the day, and the evidence literally fell into the FBI’s lap. But for some reason a bunch of crazy conspiracy theorists demanded an investigation into the greatest attack on American soil in history. 2 airplanes, 3 destroyed towers and perfectly preserved passports found above the pulverized towers. Yes, that sounds logical. The investigation was delayed, underfunded, set up to fail, a conflict of interest and a cover up from start to finish. It was based on testimony extracted through torture, the records of which were destroyed. It failed to mention the existence of WTC7, Able Danger, Ptech, Sibel Edmonds, OBL and the CIA, and the drills of hijacked aircraft being flown into buildings that were being simulated at the precise same time that those events were actually happening. It was lied to by the Pentagon, the CIA, the Bush Administration and as for Bush and Cheney…well, no one knows what they told it because they testified in secret, off the record, not under oath and behind closed doors. It didn’t bother to look at who funded the attacks because that question is of “little practical significance“. Still, the 9/11 Commission did brilliantly, answering all of the questions the public had (except most of the victims’ family members’ questions) and pinned blame on all the people responsible (although no one so much as lost their job), determining the attacks were “a failure of imagination” because “I don’t think anyone could envision flying airplanes into buildings ” except the Pentagon and FEMA and NORAD and the NRO. The DIA destroyed 2.5 TB of data on Able Danger, but that’s OK because it probably wasn’t important. The SEC destroyed their records on the investigation into the insider trading before the attacks, but that’s OK because destroying the records of the largest investigation in SEC history is just part of routine record keeping. NIST has classified the data that they used for their model of WTC7’s collapse, but that’s OK because knowing how they made their model of that collapse would “jeopardize public safety“. The FBI has argued that all material related to their investigation of 9/11 should be kept secret from the public, but that’s OK because the FBI probably has nothing to hide. Osama Bin Laden lived in a cave fortress in the hills of Afghanistan, but somehow got away. Then he was hiding out in Tora Bora but somehow got away. Then he lived in various locations for years, taunting the most comprehensive intelligence dragnet employing the most sophisticated technology in the history of the world for 10 years, releasing video after video with complete impunity (and getting younger and younger as he did so), before finally being found in a daring SEAL team raid which wasn’t recorded on video, in which he didn’t resist or use his wife as a human shield, and in which these crack special forces operatives panicked and killed this unarmed man, supposedly the best source of intelligence about those dastardly terrorists on the planet. Then they dumped his body in the ocean before telling anyone about it. Then a couple dozen of that team’s members died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
Socialism, this is a subject that a well known Russian author who lived under it, and suffered under it can explain to us. What it really is, and what it represents; if we will be willing to hear him.
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn was a man born in Russia in the 20th century, and lived through the Lennen and Stalin regimes. He spent over 10 years in the prison camps called "gulags". It was banned in many countries, people who were found to own one were persecuted, some lost their lives. He suffered persecution of various sorts throughout his life. In the seventies he settled in Cavendish Vermont, living a private life until he returned to his native Russia in 1994 with his wife. He died near Moscow on August 3, 2008. His life, and many other's is proof that the truth cannot be silenced-as much as those bent of evil would love to kill it, and all those who speak it. The truth, like oil, always rises to the top. Jesus found this out, when he thought he had killed the Savior, Jesus Christ on the cross. Three days later, he rose from the grave, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus told us in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by Me. Full of the oil of the Holy Spirit on that cross- he also rose to the top. The KGB and other's were relentless in their persecution of him throughout his life, including assassination attempts on his life. He remained true to his stand and continued to write of what he saw and knew of the "socialist experiments of his country". He gave the Harvard address in 1978, the year I was saved, and I knew when I listened to him, that we were already on a downward slide into the hell he came out of in Russia. Today, I'm seeing it playing out in the democratic election process, and the nomination of Bernie Sanders. His followers have the same mentality as the socialists in Russia had, during Solzhenitsyn's life there; if everybody doesn't think and act the same, if your ideology is different than mine-you need to be put away in a confined place away from the rest of us. I've watched video footage and the screaming, yelling youth who follow Sander's say they want to see "those crazy conservatives" put away, and locked up away from the rest of the "intelligent people" of this country. This is a danger sign of great magnitude, but not enough are seeing how close we really are to having our own "gulag's" start being implemented. Sanders would not hesitate to start up martial law, and round up those they feel don't fit in to the society they want to create-and put them under lockdown in FEMA camps. I've seen footage of the inside of some of these camps, they are prisons. A sidenote to the this: People should pay attention to the fact that the people these progressives and socialists call dangerous aren't Muslims, Buddhists, or any other religion-it's Christians. The steady onslaught of beheadings, murders, rapes and torture by militant Muslims will keep being covered up, repressed and kept out of public view as much as possible so you won't wake up to the reality of the brutality of their religion. And all other religions are considered acceptable-with their millions of gods, and ridiculous beliefs which result in widespread poverty and brutality, including family members murdered; but Christians are the most hated, and persecuted in the world, just as Jesus said we would be-because they hate Him. This is being posted because no one will ever say if they read this, that they weren't warned; if we see the collapse of this nation under socialism. Following the Rejected Jesus
Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them. We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned outside the camp. Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach. For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come.
Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines: There has never been a shortage of various and strange doctrines in the church. The ones specifically in mind here seem to deal with a return to Mosaic ceremonies and laws that were fulfilled in Jesus. For it is good that the heart be established by grace: Our hearts will only be established by grace. We are established by an understanding and appropriation of God’s undeserved approval of us, and not by an assumed approval gained through keeping a list of rules (not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them). We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat: These Jewish Christians had probably been branded as illegitimate by other Jews because they did not continue the Levitical system. But the writer to the Hebrews insists that we have an altar, and it is an altar that those who insist on clinging to the Levitical system have no right to. Essentially, our altar is the cross - the centerpiece of the Christian gospel and understanding (1Co_1:18-24; 1Co_2:1-5). Jesus . . . suffered outside the gate. Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach: If our Savior was rejected and His sacrifice (performed at the cross, our altar) was branded illegitimate, what better do we expect? Identifying with Jesus often means bearing His reproach, the very thing many are quite unwilling to do. Outside the camp: The camp referred to is institutional Judaism, which had rejected Jesus and Christianity. Though these Christians from Jewish backgrounds had been raised to consider everything outside the camp as unclean and evil, they must follow Jesus there. For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come: The difficult job of bearing His reproach is easier when we remember that the city or society we are cast out of is only temporary. God still speaks to us in proverbs. We could not understand or receive the perfect discovery of Himself. These are but part of His ways, Job_26:14. But in a little while, when the entire mystery of His will has been fulfilled, we shall see Him face to face, and He will speak to us plainly about the things that we do not now understand.
There is a close connection between prayer and joy. In the midst of a battle, when the soldiers are weary, galled with fire and grimed with smoke, if the general rides into their midst, to cheer them with hearty words and to assure them that the key to the position is already taken, they fight with the inspiration of victory. So down the line our Leader and Commander sends this encouragement. Let us carry His peace in our hearts, and be of good courage, 1Jn_5:4-5. F.B. We Are Called To Be Overcomers
Rev 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
Rev 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. A Promise of Reward
He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.
He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar: Overcomers are told that they will be as a pillar in the temple of My God. Pillars were pictures of strength, stability, and dignified beauty. The ancient city of Philadelphia suffered from frequent earthquakes. When a building collapsed in an earthquake often all that remained were the huge pillars. Jesus offers us this same strength, to remain standing in Him when everything around us crumbles. The pillar holds up the building. The only thing supporting the pillar is the foundation. True pillars in the church support the church, and they look to Jesus as their support foundation. He shall go out no more: The overcomer will have a place of permanence and stability with God, in contrast to an uncertain place in this world. “The citizens of Philadelphia lived an unsettled and tremulous life. Whenever the earthquake tremors came, and they came often, the people of Philadelphia fled from the city out into the open country, to escape the falling masonry and the flying stones which accompanied a severe earthquake shock. Then, when the earth was quiet again, they returned. In their fear the people of Philadelphia were always going out and coming in; they were always fleeing from the city and then returning to it.” (Barclay) I will write on him the name of My God . . . I will write on him My new name: The overcomer also receives many names - of God, the New Jerusalem, and the new name of Jesus. These names are marks of identification because they show who we belong to. They are marks of intimacy, because it shows we are privileged to know Him in ways others are not. This works together well with the image of a pillar. In the ancient world, having a special inscribed pillar added to one of the temples sometimes honored a faithful city servant or distinguished priest. “Philadelphia honored its illustrious sons by putting their names on the pillars of its temples, so that all who came to worship might see and remember.” (Barclay) David Guzik Thy Kingdom Come
The Messiah is Wonderful: The glory of who He is and what He has done for us should fill us with wonder. You can never really look at Jesus, really know Him, and be bored. He is Wonderful, and will fill your heart and mind with amazement!
As well, this is a reference to the deity of Jesus; “The word ‘wonderful’ has overtones of deity” (Grogan) (See also Jdg_13:18) The Messiah is our Counselor: Jesus is the One fit to guide our lives, and should be the Christian’s immediate resource as a counselor. Jesus can help you with your problems. He may use the presence and the words of another Christian to do it, but Jesus is our Counselor. How we need Jesus as our Counselor! “It was by a Counsellor that this world was ruined. Did not Satan mask himself in the serpent, and counsel the woman with exceeding craftiness, that she should take unto herself of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, in the hope that thereby she should be as God? Was it not that evil counsel which provoked our mother to rebel against her Maker, and did it not as the effect of sin, bring death into this world with all its train of woe? Ah! beloved, it was meet that the world should have a Counsellor to restore it, if it had a Counsellor to destroy it.” (Spurgeon) Jesus is our Counselor in the sense that He sits in the High Counsel of the Godhead, and takes council with the Father and the Holy Spirit for our good. The High Counsel of the Godhead brought forth our salvation. “Hence you read in the book of Zechariah, if you turn to the sixth chapter and the thirteenth verse, this passage — ‘The council of peace shall be between them both.’ The Son of God with his Father and the Spirit, ordained the council of peace. Thus was it arranged. The Son must suffer, he must be the substitute, must bear his people’s sins and be punished in their stead; the Father must accept the Son’s substitution and allow his people to go free, because Christ had paid their debts. The Spirit of the living God must then cleanse the people whom the blood had pardoned, and so they must be accepted before the presence of God, even the Father. That was the result of the great council.” (Spurgeon) The High Counsel of the Godhead guides our lives. “Remember, there is nothing that happens in your daily life, but what was first of all devised in eternity, and counselled by Jesus Christ for your good and in your behalf, that all things might work together for your lasting benefit and profit . . . Oh, how strange providence seems to you and to me! Does it not look like a zig-zag line, this way and that way, backward and forward, like the journeyings of the children of Israel in the wilderness? Ah! my brethren, but to God it is a straight line. Directly, God always goes to his object. And yet to us, he often seems to go round about . . . Let us learn to leave providence in the hand of the Counsellor.” (Spurgeon) Jesus’ counsel is necessary counsel. Jesus’ counsel is faithful counsel, without any self-interest. Jesus’ counsel is hearty counsel. It isn’t detached and unemotional. Jesus’ counsel is sweet counsel. “Christian, do you know what sweet counsel is? You have gone to your Master in the day of trouble, and in the secret of your chamber you have poured out your heart before him. You have laid your case before him, with all its difficulties, as Hezekiah did Rabshakeh’s letter, and you have felt, that though Christ was not there in flesh and blood, yet he was there in spirit, and he counselled you. You felt that his was counsel that came from the very heart. But he was something better than that. There was such a sweetness coming with his counsel, such a radiance of love, such a fullness of fellowship, that you said, ‘Oh that I were in trouble every day, if I might have such sweet counsel as this!’ Christ is the Counsellor whom I desire to consult every hour, and I would that I could sit in his secret chamber all day and all night long, because to counsel with him is to have sweet counsel, hearty counsel, and wise counsel, all at the same time.” (Spurgeon) “Why, you may have a friend that talks very sweetly with you, and you will say, ‘Well, he is a kind, good soul, but I really cannot trust his judgment.’ You have another friend, who has a good deal of judgment, and yet you say of him, ‘Certainly, he is a man of prudence above a great many, but I cannot find out his sympathy; I never get at his heart, if he were ever so rough and untutored, I would sooner have his heart without his prudence, than his prudence without his heart,’ But we go to Christ, and we get wisdom; we get love, we get sympathy, we get everything that can possibly be wanted in a Counsellor.” (Spurgeon) The Messiah is Mighty God: The God of all creation and glory, the LORD who reigns in heaven, the One worthy of our worship and praise. Can there be a more straightforward declaration of the deity of the Messiah? Yet some groups (such as Jehovah’s Witnesses) try to make a distinction between Mighty God and Almighty God. Scripturally, there is no distinction, because both titles are used of Jesus and Yahweh specifically (Almighty is applied to Jesus in Rev_1:8). In Isa_10:21, the prophet uses the exact same phrase to refer to Yahweh: The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, to the Mighty God. Therefore, this is a clear statement of absolute deity “And indeed, if Christ had not been God, it would have been unlawful to glory in him; for it is written, Cursed be he that trusteth in man. (Jer_17:5)” (Calvin) “We extend the right hand of fellowship to all those who love the Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity and truth; but we cannot exchange our Christian greetings with those who deny him to be ‘very God of very God.’ And the reason is sometimes asked; for say our opponents, ‘We are ready to give the right hand of fellowship to you, why don’t you do so to us?’ Our reply shall be given thus briefly: ‘You have no right to complain of us, seeing that in this matter we stand on the defensive. When you declare yourselves to believe that Christ is not the Son of God, you may not be conscious of it, but you have charged us with one of the blackest sins in the entire catalogue of crime.’ The Unitarians must, to be existent, charge the whole of us, who worship Christ, with being idolaters. Now idolatry is a sin of the most heinous character; it is not an offense against men it is true, but it is an intolerable offense against the majesty of God.” (Spurgeon) “If Christ were not the Son of God, his death, so far from being a satisfaction for sin, was a death most richly and righteously deserved. The Sanhedrin before which He was tried was the recognized and authorized legislature of the country. He was brought before that Sanhedrin, charged with blasphemy, and it was upon that charge that they condemned him to die, because he made himself the Son of God.” (Spurgeon) The Messiah is the Everlasting Father: The idea in these Hebrew words is that Jesus is the source or author of all eternity, that He is the Creator Himself. It does not mean that Jesus Himself is the Person of the Father in the Trinity. The Messiah is the Prince of Peace: He is the One who makes peace, especially between God and man. “Whenever, in short, it appears to us that everything is in a ruinous condition, let us recall to our remembrance that Christ is called Wonderful, because he has inconceivable methods of assisting us, and because his power is far beyond what we are able to conceive. When we need counsel, let us remember that he is the Counselor. When we need strength, let us remember that he is Mighty and Strong. When new terrors spring up suddenly every instant, and when many deaths threaten us from various quarters, let us rely on that eternity of which he is with good reason called the Father, and by the same comfort let us learn to soothe all temporal distresses. When we are inwardly tossed by various tempests, and when Satan attempts to disturb our consciences, let us remember that Christ is The Prince of Peace, and that it is easy for him quickly to allay all our uneasy feelings. This will these titles confirm us more and more in the faith of Christ, and fortify us against Satan and against hell itself.” The glory of the Messiah’s reign. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. a. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end . . . even forever: The reign of the Messiah will not last merely 1,000 years, though the millennium is a special aspect of His reign. There will be no end to the reign of the Messiah, and He will rule for all eternity. Handel had it right in the Hallelujah chorus of Messiah: “And He shall reign forever and ever.” Upon the throne of David: Jesus will rule on David’s throne, and over his kingdom (that is, David’s kingdom - Israel). This is fulfillment of God’s great covenant with David in 2 Samuel 7. All this may sound too good to be true, but the zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. God - the LORD of all heavenly armies - has promised to accomplish this word, and part of it has been accomplished already. Jesus can be Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace for everyone now. One day, these offices will be imposed upon the world. For now, they are real for those who receive Jesus and submit to Him. David Guzik

The Rider on a White Horse
