What He gave me was not a surprise. But, for reasons I still do not understand-Jesus came into my life, and made Himself known to me, and saved me from the sins that were taking me to hell. I know how Occultists and witches operate, and I know how evil, and wicked they are. There's nothing they won't do. It takes a miracle to get someone out of it, and truly saved, and delivered. God's Mind on the Godless Today As I continued to pray about the many various calamities, and tragedies around the world, and the wars, the Lord gave several verses of scripture that the Lord describes the world we are living in now. I'm postin them, and will let you do what you will with them. Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; A few biblical descritpions: Ungodliness. Irreligiousness. This is the fountain of unrighteousness. Hold the truth in unrighteousness. There is a measure of truth revealed to every man. See next verse. Many refuse to profit by the light they have, and love the darkness rather than the light. All who do not live up to the knowledge they possess, who do worse than they know, hold the truth in unrighteousness. They obstruct the truth, rather than let it have free scope. Because. Here he begins to show why God's wrath is manifest. They are inexcusable because "that which may be known of God is manifest in them." The next verse shows what may be known of God by all. The invisible things of God. God's attributes. Are clearly seen. Are manifested by his works. Nature speaks of nature's God. His eternal power and divinity. The attributes are especially shown in his works. The earth and the heavenly bodies are effects which must be due to eternal power and divinity. So that they are without excuse. No excuse is left for worshiping helpless idols. When they knew God. Had the knowledge shown in Rom_1:20. They turned from their knowledge, did not glorify the invisible Creator, yielded neither adoration nor gratitude. Became vain in their imaginations. Thoughts or reasonings. When men turn willfully from truth, they will run to the extremes of error. The world (the pagan world) yielded to idle fancies, and were involved in deeper darkness. He who shuts out the light will finally be unable to bear it. Vain. Empty, useless. See Deu_32:21. Became fools. The Greeks and Roman heathen boasted of their wisdom and held the rest of the world in contempt, but at the same time their idolatry showed their utter folly. Changed the glory of the uncorruptible God. Turning from the glorious revelation of God in nature, they showed that they were fools by making an image, like man, or lower animals, and calling it a god. Man. The Greeks made their gods like men. Many statues still exist that were taken from old Greek or Roman temples. Birds. The Egyptians worshiped birds, quadrupeds, and reptiles. Wherefore. Having chosen folly, God gave them up to the consequences of their folly, and there followed an awful moral degradation which is now described. Their false religion was no check upon their lusts. They engaged in the lowest and most disgusting lusts. Language cannot describe the pollution of the Gentile world, when Paul wrote, as revealed by the pagan writers of that period. Who changed the truth of God into a lie. By giving up the worship of the great unseen God to worship an idol; a creature, rather than the Creator. At first, idols were probably designed as only representations, but they finally became objects of worship. Just so, the images in Roman Catholic churches were intended at first as helps in worship, but have become to great multitudes really idols. For this cause. Because of the apostasy just described. God gave them up Abandoned them to their own course, and thus it was shown to what depths men will fall without God. To vile passions. Vile, shameless, sensual indulgence, such as cannot now be named. The sodomy referred to here was common in the first century among the Romans, and is often spoken of without a sense of shame by their writers. It was prohibited neither by religion nor law, and was acknowledged without shame. God gave them over to a reprobate mind. A thought is repeated here that has already been hinted, and is often taught in the Scriptures. The man who turns from the truth will be allowed to have his way, will fall deeper and deeper into error, and will reap all the evil consequences of loving darkness rather than light. Those who hate the truth are "given over" to a reprobate mind. A reprobate mind is one rejected of God. Which are not convenient. Not decent, or honorable. Being filled. The characteristics of those given over to a reprobate mind are now described. Whisperers. Secret slanderers. Haters of God. "Hateful to God," in the Revision. Hateful, because so polluted with sin. Without understanding. Senseless, foolish. Who knowing the judgment of God. The ordinance or decree of God condemning such sinners. That ordinances is next stated. It is that those who do such deeds are worthy of death. The heathen moralists admitted this. Yet in spite of this knowledge they not only continued in their vile sins, but took pleasure in them. No deeper degree of depravity can be found than when men call evil good, and cherish it. This dark picture of heathen vices, from Rom_1:18-32, is not overdrawn. It is fully confirmed by such heathen writers as Tacitus, Horace, Seneca, and Juvenal. The conclusion, from these facts, is that all such guilty persons are under condemnation. (B.W. I knew the battles I'd face, and the attacks that would come my way, time has proven my hesitations right. When I come to the place that I'm ready to stop and go on to something else in life-I remind myself of what caused me to start this in the first place. Because Jesus asked me to do it, and His reasons were clear and simple. To have these sites be places people could find information, unusual content, because I depend on the leading of the Holy Spirit, in what is put here, and food for their souls that they may not find in other places. From the beginning, I never pretended to be an expert in this. I've learned, and had my share of problems, and failures in maintaining these two websites. I do not hire anyone else to work in them, or maintain them, I spend many hours daily doing this myself. I don't ask for money, and never will. When I post information or material from other sources-I clearly make sure they are given complete credit for their work, and if it's copyrighted, I try to keep within those guidlines-but, sometimes I have had to delete material, or had it taken down, from people with platforms who have made it clear they don't want any association with me. That's fine, when they take them down, I make sure I never use their material again. I am not a professional journalist, or news editor. I'm a widow, with some proofreading and computer typsetting and graphic creation experience from the years I worked at a Law book publishing company-which I use to create and add to these sites. My husband divorcing me just a few months after my salvation with the ultimatum "You'll have to choose Jesus or me." Through those years, the Lord Jesus taught me much, answered many prayers, and I learned by each situation that His word is truth, and He honors those who honor Him. We learn the lessons of those like King David, Moses, the disciples of Jesus, and many others in the bible, if we will let Him teach us. I've also learned that no matter how long you've served the Lord, the devil never stops trying to destroy you-the battles never end. In many ways, they get more treacherous. All this is said to be an encouragement to anyone who reads this, who has learned what I've had to learn here. You will find few, if any lasting friendships here, the internet, and these technologies are the devils playground. Those who's interest is to make a name for themselves, and put on a good front, will do whatever it takes to get ahead. This includes ministries, and big Youtube channels who know how to target people, troll them, use your own inspiration or work for their own benefit, and let people believe it was their own idea. I've had it done to me, numerous times, and seen the ones doing it take the credit. I have to remind myself that what they are doing will one day be revealed-God sees what they are doing too, and He will judge it one day. I have to tell myself to leave it in His hands. These same thieves will also be so puffed up, they'll steal somebody elses work, and inspiration, then turn on you, and preach integrity to you. You'll be attacked, and insulted, and accused of doing things you know is a lie, but, it works, and they all know how to twist a story to destroy you. If you do make a mistake, or they learn of some sin you may have done, they will make it their business to boadcast it around the world in cyberspace, and use as fodder to ruin you. It's sickening. I just leave them to themselves. I'll just interject-if you fall, do something that's a sin, just go to Jesus, He really does forgive, and when He forgives, He forgets, and never condemns you again. You can trust Him. Like I said, I go back and remind myself why I began this in the first place, and go back to that point and keep on going-and don't change. You may be in a tremondous trial right now, and your situation may seem hopeless-cry out to God, tell Him exactly what your going through, and ask Him to intervene in your situation. Confess you can't do it alone, your out of ideas, out of strength, out of hope, be honest with Him, and ask Him to forgive you of your mistakes, your sins, and for His help to change your situation. I won't tell you things will happen overnight-but, THEY MAY. He has shown me over and over again, that nothing is impossible with Him. You may be alone now in this world, you may have lost your spouse, you may be facing these holidays alone, because you've lost your loved ones, you may have no family to be with. Open the door to the Lord Jesus. Open the bible, and read Jesus words in the book of Matthew in the Sermon on the Mount. Let Him come into your life, and heart, and allow Him to comfort you with His word. The gospels are full of the words of Jesus-that are words of life, and His great love for you. Let Him comfort you, and be a companion to you this season, and let Him bring you His healing, peace, and love into your situation. This is what these sites are here for-the everyday, common person. For those who the world has no time for, doesn't care anything about, and has no answers for you. On the devotion pages of these sites, I choose subjects such as old age, sickness, trials, that most ministries avoid, and never touch-because they don't want to lose the "likes" and the people who support them. These devotions are honest, and deal with the problems, and realities of life-that many would rather not see or hear. For those who are in the middle of these problems, it may have something for your soul, and your heart. Trials, sickness, loneliness, and death are issues every person faces in life-but the frivolous, the shallow and those who only desire acceptance from a phony world and a false reality, have no time for those who can't put on the show. When you are dealing with these kinds of problems in life-you very well may find yourself alone. A pastor said something once when I was still divorced from my husband, and I had shared my situation with Him. He had encouraged me and prayed with me to keep believing for a reconciliation with our marriage. He said "When the world walks away, Jesus walks in. Let Jesus abide and be your husband, ask Him to increase your faith, and deepen your walk with him." I did what he said, it was very wise advise. I still use this advise to this day. As this year closes, and we face many uncertainties in the world, the one thing we can all do, is turn to the Creator, and seek His intervention in our lives, and ask for His covering, and protection. He knows who belongs to Him, and I've learned His promises in His word are true. God doesn't lie. He isn't like people- He isn't fickle, He watches over His word to perform it. That includes His promises to His people. This will be my last commentary for 2024. May God bless all who may come here, and take the time out of their day, to search the content. Laws and changes in government, will become more corrupt, and more freedoms will be lost. If we confess our sins He is faithful to forgive and wash us again by His blood. But then He expects us to desire to live right, and walk honestly before Him. 3. When I received Christ as Savior in 1978- He entered my heart and soul, forgave my sins, and washed me with His blood. When he forgave me, it was for EVERY sin, and since that day, He's been the reason I keep going in this life. When Christ forgives us, we are washed, cleansed and there is no longer condemnation for the sins of our past. There's nothing we can do to change what happened, all we can do, is receive that free gift of salvation He purchased for us. Saying this- if I see evidence from anyone in their platforms, or videos that I'm being targeted, and again having my nose rubbed into my past sins, and condemning me again-I will either delete you or block you from putting anything out to me in the recommend column of Youtube. I'm going to shut the doors to anymore of it. If you won't forgive, and need to attack someone constantly-it's not going to be me. This also goes for those who think it's important to throw out names of people who are "important" in their eyes-and puff them up on their shows, or videos. If your work doesn't stay on the subject, and is just a huge commercial for the people your supporting and following-I will fade further away, and change directions. Open Letter to Joni Lamb Before starting this letter, I will add-I find no pleasure in posting this here, I've tried to be released from it by the Lord. It is the Lord Jesus Christ, who has required me to make a public statement on this issue, which I have no desire to do myself. I do not expect Joni Lamb to come here to even read this, but, if she does, you can be assured Joni, that it is not my idea-this is being done to obey the Lord. He is the only one who could get me to do this. I also know many who troll here will read it-may God use it in any way he chooses. As for anyone thinking I may have any fear of Joni Lamb or retaliation-I do not fear anyone, and if anyone wants to come to me and speak to me on this, I'll say the same thing I'm saying here. But, most of the time, I try to stay out of these corrupt messes, and let God deal with them himself. Now- To Joni Lamb of Daystar Ministry: As I begin, I'll simply make some observations from a video I watched a few days ago, that gives a good description of the events that's taken place for several years in your ministry. First the ongoing trail of denial, and deception, your son and daughter in law explain it well, I won't elaborate on it, it's obvious to anyone, that there's been deceit and lying to cover up for people, and try to keep the ministry from being damaged. The most serious, and disturbing, is your not being willing to see justice done for your granddaughter, and the sexual assault attempted on her. I have to wonder how and why you'd not want the man who did this brought to trial, and want the truth to be at the forefront. I'm sure everyone would completely side with you, to see this done. In watching this video I also observed the carnality, idolatry and merchandizing that all the mega ministries exhibit. The women sitting with you in your shows, wearing shirts with large pictures of you and your big smiling face on the front of them-my thought was, what has any of this to do with Jesus Christ? I'll let you think about this. Looking at the pictures of you in your very revealing wedding dress, with Mr. Weiss-how does this look to the worlds eyes, and how does this honor the Lord Jesus Christ, or line up with Peter's description of a modest godly woman? But, the worst of this is the facts brought out regarding your relationship with your present husband Mr. Weiss, and how you achieved this marriage. The man was still already married to his first wife of over 30 years, and they have several children. She pleaded with him even up to shortly before your marriage, and after it, to come back, and restore the marriage. But, instead he was lured into your ministry, your plane, and your bed, and he divorced his wife, and joined with you. I have no doubt money was a major factor in this. Years ago, when John Paul Jackson started getting involved with your ministry, the Holy Spirit said to me in a time of prayer-"John Paul Jackson is being lured into this ministry, but it is a trap, and it will be a wrong turn for him. He has not heeded some warnings he's gotten from other's. This will not end well for him." I sat in silence on this for years, and waited to see what would happen, and then I heard he came down with cancer, and other situations with his involvements with you-he ended up dying of cancer. My heart grieved for him for years, because I could see what being involved with your ministry ultimately did to him. But, I also knew he would never listen to a nobody like me. All I could do for him, was pray. But now, regarding these multiple exposures of your ungodly conduct, I'd ask these questions of you: 1. How many pastors that knew you were doing this, along with Jimmie Evans, justified you, and told you this was right? 2. Where do you find justification in the bible for what you did? 3. Do you really believe God is going to honor you, and continue to bless you and your ministry-when you've blatantly made decisions that disregard scripture, and every action you've taken is clearly against what God teaches in His word? God is not schizophrenic. I will end this with the comment I posted under the video, it gives a full picture of what I see in your behavior and conduct. I don't expect any response from you Joni-if you even come here to read this. But, in my heart I believe the Lord wants me to post this to bring honor to His own Name, and His word-which is eternal. In posting this here-I'm now released from any further statements to be made. I believe God has given you Joni many opportunities to repent, and come clean on this and you've chosen not to. My heart grieves for you, but more for Doug Weiss' first wife and their children and what it's done to them, and your own son and daughter in law, and your granddaughter. I don't know if the damage is repairable at this point, only God knows. As for me, I'll end this saying I stand by what I stated in the comment below-and will wait to see how God intervenes in this. Final Note: In posting this the Lord has asked me to add a short excerpt of my own experiences with my own daughter in a similar situation that's caused untold heartache, and destruction in my own family. Shortly after Carrie returned home from college in 1994, she became involved in the same church I was attending, and was connected to a young man and became seriously involved with him. She brought him to my home, and they relayed their desire to get married, and his proposal to her in marriage. During this visit, he also pulled out a wallet and showed me a picture of a young toddlar-2yrs. old, telling me this was his son by another woman, which she had out of wedlock, and they weren't married. I looked at him in the face and said "You had better not do this to my daughter". He knew exactly what I was saying. But Carrie made it clear she was going to marry him. I tried to reason with her, telling her he should marry the woman who had his son, and raise the boy as God would want, as a family. She would not listen to this, and went to our pastor-who told her I was wrong, and that there was nothing wrong with her wanting to marry him, his wife agreed. I was outnumbered, and many other women in the church sided with the pastor and his wife-I was the outsider. So Carrie naturally felt justified in planning to marry this man. The pastor's wife intentionally became a wedge between us. Carrie didn't realize it, but, she was behaving as a loose woman, and becoming a homebreaker, and doing it with the pastor and his wife's blessing. One night I had a dream, in it I saw this man having his way sexually with my daughter and he looked up and right at me in the dream and said "I'm going to marry her, and you won't stop me." As soon as He said this, I heard a strong male voice over him say- "Yes, he will marry her, but in 3 years, the marriage will end. He is a servant of Satan, and the pastor and his wife are deceived-and she will listen to them." I watched it all happen, I helped put on the wedding, because I wouldn't allow the "Christians" push me completely out of my daughter's life. I watched in silence as each year, their relationship became worse, and deteriorated, he would abuse her, and spend long sessions gone with people he knew before he married her. He stopped going to church, and finally Carrie left him...and became involved again with people I didn't know who encouraged her to divorce him. It was finalized within 3 years. I reminded her of this, her reaction was resentment. My husband watched all this and his only statement was- "I don't claim to be a Christian, but even I can see that what they've done is wrong, and what the pastor did was wrong." This is the heartaches many parents go through-that you never hear of, because the truth isn't convenient, nor easy to admit. Fast forward to today: Carrie married again to a man who claimed to be a serious believer in Christ and was involved in Teen Challenge as a choir director-he became involved with the church Carrie was going to. They became serious with each other, and Carrie brought him to my home in Barnet Vt. I was working and training my horses and giving lessons at this time. He seemed very committed in his walk with the Lord, and his ministry. In Sep. 1, 2001 they married at our home and shortly after he began working on beginning a Teen Challenge complex here in Vt., the Lord had showed me years earlier, that this would happen, and I was beginning to see it unfold before my eyes. It began and opened in 2005. In 2007, I began to teach there in the evenings at the chapel. This took place for several years. But, one night I walked into the chapel to see it transformed, there was a pool table, slot machines and other amusements along the walls-it looked like a gambling casino at Las Vegas. My heart was wrenched, my spirit was angry-it was a holy anger. I went to Carrie and told her this was wrong. I spoke to Rick, and he said the same thing. They both brushed it off, and did not see anything wrong with it. I gave them scriptures to explain my concerns, but it fell on deaf ears. This was the beginning of numerous other ongoing things that crept into the ministry, and eroded it. I left, I could not stay there, I could not condone what I was seeing. My relationship with my daughter was damaged by too many influences of those in churches and ministries that do not hold to the scriptures. People like me today are labeled too dogmatic, too strict. My simple response to this is- "The only thing Jesus ever used to fight the devil when he was on earth, was the word of God. He not only quoted it, He lived it." The only thing the devil listens to is the word of God. As of today- my daughter and her husband have split. I've seen evidence he has been with another woman, perhaps more than one. He is no longer Director of Teen Challenge, he's been replaced. So, Carrie has suffered again with the epidemic that's rampant in this country- "strange women", who go from house to house, who are homebreakers. Years ago, my first husband had left myself, and our daughter several times, and finally left for good the fourth time, in 1974. When the abandonment is permanent, there's nothing you can do, but go on, and do what's right to the best of your ability. My story, and God's intervention in my life is in the book I wrote "The NightWatchman", if anyone has an interest in knowing how Jesus Christ has worked in my life. The ebook is $3.00. When I married Lynn Couillard, neither one of us were saved- I was born again a year and a half later, in 1978. When Jesus saves, he forgives, and washes all past sins away, He also forgets them- He is not like the world. Many will never forget, or forgive. It was at this point, that the Lord's intervention in my life began a drastic change in me, as I continued to read His word, and apply it to my life. I've made mistakes, and have had to repent, none of us are perfect, we will fail again. However, a righteous person wants to have the word of God be their guide, and will repent when we do fall. Today, I see the heartache, and the results of disobedience, and rebellion in the decisions people make, and the consequences it brings. My daughter is living it out-even to this day. I love her, and that will never change. But, all I can do at this point, is be here, and pray for her. I'm sure there are some who will read this, and will be able to relate to what I've said here. Note: This is not a church, nor do I ever ask for anyone to follow me. This is an outreach ministry, with the focus being lifting up the Name of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and coming again. There is material here that can minister to people, I post a wide variety of material, and the focus is to give people spiritual food, that they may not find in their church-there's a lot of dead ones out there. The teachings are from reputable ministers, bible teachers and ministries that are well respected. I vet them very carefully. I post my own teachings here-that are easily checked by scripture, if anyone wants to spend the time doing the research and study. If not, no one is forcing anyone to read them. If the Lord uses them to minister to just a few-that's ok with me. I am an ordained minister-and my certificate is posted on the "STATEMENT OF FAITH" page of this site-scroll down and you'll find it. Lastly, some have complained that I'm anti-social, and don't go out into the community and do fund raising or join the community in their money making projects. God didn't call me to do fund raising, or join community action groups. I'm not that kind of person. I've been a quiet, recluse type of person from the time I was a little girl. I would read books, paint pictures, got into photography in high school, and was always interested in history. This has all grown in my life, and I continue to research, read, and work creating artistic graphics and work to interject all of this into these sites, as a resource, and a blessing to you- and whoever may come here. The greatest focus of this ministry is: 1. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and eternity in heaven. 2. Christ is coming soon, and posting material and news reports for anyone who wants to know the times we are in, and be seriously watching for His return. No one knows the day nor the hour-but anyone who is a serious believer in Jesus, knows we are nearing the end of this age. 3. To provide the best information, material, and sermons/devotions/teachings I can find, to help you in your walk with the Lord, and encourage you to pick up your bible, and spend time in it, and draw you closer to the Lord Jesus, and your knowledge and relationship with Him. For those who have no interest in this, you probably would be better off, finding other places on the internet-there is certainly a vast number of places, that would suit you better.
